Today we had fun attending the boy's Easter parties at school. Aiden's grade decorated Easter hats and had a parade around the school. The little first graders were so cute in their Easter hats. Dario's grade had an Easter egg hunt outside. Each child had to find 6 eggs with their names on them. It took awhile to find those eggs! The boys got out of school early today and are looking to having tomorrow off.

funny conversations with Laila

Recently Laila got into my lipstick and smeared it all over her face. After she showed me how pretty she looked she wanted to put some on me too. She then put some on my lips and some ended up on my face. When she was done, she looked at me and said, "there, you look fantastic!" Later that same day Laila came up to me and said, "Mama I'm not your baby anymore, I'm your princess Cinderella."

We love when the fair comes to town each year, especially all the good food and fun rides! Laila was old enough to go on some of the rides this year and she had a blast.
